Stratusolve was founded in 2016 by Rudolph de Jager and Johan Griesel. We build custom software around the way our clients’ businesses actually work, and we have been doing it for a decade.
Driven by a passion to create the work environment that they wish they had, Johan and Rudolph created Stratusolve to be a forward-thinking company that rewards bravery and innovation. Cultivating an attitude of failing fast they have created a powerful group operating with efficiency and drive.

Co-founder
Leading from the front, Rudolph comes from a background in engineering and teaching. This is evident in how he combines uplifting his employees and innovating operations by habit. A storyteller who helps the whole team find their voice. Specialising in driving the bigger picture, Rudolph finds the balance in the teams and their projects’ vision.
Johan Griesel
Co-founder
A man who has been at the forefront of software development innovation for the last twenty years, Johan is someone who believes in creating the right systems and processes to support the team and lay the foundations for success. A competitive spirit that drives excellence in every endeavour.
